Pathogem MYO Entry- Amauri

Sira introduces itself as a she, and has a conscise and elegant way of speaking. She generally only speaks if she has something important to say, and while she is not as immoral as Fran's Rui, her interjections and opinions are always pragmatic and survival-oriented with litte regard for societal euphemisms. She has a dark sense of humor, and has learned to crack a joke or two since bonding with Amauri.

Inventory:  
- Vibrant wear; His usual outfit, it allows for a wide range of motion and is designed to minimize any restraining effects towards his rather large muscles. A cropped jacket can be buckled on to the two straps onhis shoulders, complete with light armor.
- Architect's Guild Robe; Amauri has managed to enter apprenticeship under an architect. He finds it restrictive and isn't a fan, but usually wears it when working. 
- Tribal Wear (not pictured); Clothing based off of the original tribe he had been from. It's usually too hot for him to wear it at his current residence.

Most people see Amauri's bulging muscles and immediately assume a brutish disposition; on the contrary, while he does exercise occasionally to keep in shape, his leisure time is often filled by intellectual persuits. He picked up how to read quickly and has cherished books ever since. This is not to say he's bookish, as he is very mischievous and fond of pranking both strangers and friends that are more boisterous in their nature - sometimes it can go too far and he ends up hurting people, either physically or emotionally. Amauri is not one to mince words, and can at times be harsh in his opinion of others (and his voicing of it, often to the person's face). Ever since learning to read, he's somewhat becoming a know-it-all and can be pretty annoying sometimes. 

It might seem like he's akin to annoying fratboy, but he has a side of him that is level-headed, and maybe even wise beyond his years. He makes for a good advice-giver, partially thanks to his blunt way of putting things, gving feedback that others might be too afraid to mention. Also because of this though, he's probably not well suited for more delicate individuals who are emotionally sensitive.

Brief History:

Amauri was a part of the tribe that Fran also belonged to; he was also owned by the highland dimplomat, although he was kept separate from Fran and their herd as he was part wild yak after a stray yak found a wild partner. Because of this, he is larger than the average domestic yak, and was prized in his own way having both the muscle and looks to work and dazzle. Originally, he was not to be gifted to the opposing tribe, but ended up being a part of the gift-herd when he was specifically requested by the lowlands chief just before their travels started. 

After the intervention of a Pathogem group and the subsequent annhilation of both the diplomat and chief through the spread of the spores, he banded together with several other infected yaks in search for shelter. He was immediately aware of a second consciousness within his mind, but said nothing observing that others seemed to not have such symptoms. Many perished in the unfamiliar climates, unaccustomed to their newly found bi-pedal forms. A few lost their lives to anti-parasite groups that caught them happen-chance; only he and a small female named Francois survived the journey to the parasite-friendly city, and all the while he conversed with the unknown voice, eventually learning that the voice belonged to the very specimen that had infected him. It introduced itself as Sira, and gave small hints to assimilate into their new bipedal forms; Living in the unfamiliar culture was hard for Amauri and Fran, and often they found themselves in less than favorable situations...the two formed a tight bond through the hardships that would not have otherwise existed through herd-affiliation alone. Amauri still kept the existence of Sira to himself, thankful that Fran seemed to chalk it up to observational skills and a lot of self-mumbling. 

Unlike Fran, Amauri found work very quickly thanks to his imposing physique; he was employed as a construction worker for a local lord and his architect. All the while, Sira taught him to read and write, and even the basics of mathematics. He soaked it up with surprising speed, finding himself adept at learning the language of both letters and numbers. Eventually, he was able to sneak peeks at the blueprints of the buildings and understand what was inscribed upon them - His interest was noticed by the architect, whom half-jokingly took him under his wing, intending to have him around as something nice to look at (this...particular architect was known to be a bit of a...creep....). JOKE'S ON ARCHITECT THO he learned the basics quickly, moving on to intermediate projects with ease. Amauri is still under the creepy architect, and is sometimes subjected to some awkward advances by the guy, but values the experience and knowledge enough to stick around. 

The two Yaks used to live together, but as Amauri's job often requires him to travel to building sites to deliver blueprints, he generally just carries the bare minimum with him and only seldom goes home; because of this, he has not yet noticed that Fran has also begun to have conversations with herself...He still worries that it's unnatural as he has not heard others talk about it, and Sira is oddly quiet on the subject.

 >> Completely minor but he didn't know until he started working as an architect apprentice that he is INCREDIBLY FAR-SIGHTED. His entire life he didn't know everything was actually blurry close-up, and he's still sometimes surprised when he sees himself in the mirror with complete clarity, or when he sees familiar faces like Fran. He's very protective of his glasses.
